The demise of a chocolate dog

Here is one of Xavier’s favourite activities.

“I’m going to eat this chocolate dog.”

“No pity for no chocolate dogs.”

Mid-process reassessment.

Resuming.

“Adios, Chuck.”

“What have I done?… I’m now chocolateless!”

“You’re sure there’s no more? Not even a little bit for Xavier?”

“Oh sweet! I’ve just found some more.”

Happy birthday Hyundai

Today’s my birthday. You want to know what’s my present? There.

“Wow!” I hear you say. “A brand new car!?!”
Oh no no, it’s the same shitty old car…

WITH…
WITH…

…the addition of 650$ or so worth of REPAIRS!
Just what I wished for: new brakes and transmission oil!
Alright, I’ll stop here before I go into sarcasm overload — I annoy myself, really.

The good news is that I’m spending the day chillin’ in my beloved home with my two favourites kiddos. Yay! We’ll beat the rain blues, peeps. Have a nice day today!

We’re back in pictures

Chaos was starting to reign on our photo albums on Frank’s Picasaweb account, so I opened up a new account under my name to start anew. The albums will now follow the seasons. The archives will remain available (just follow the link on the right sidebar, under the 5 mini-pics) – in any case we still need them for images embeded into the blog.

Here is the URL for the new gallery:

And the current album:

Printemps2009

PS. The Biodôme pictures are still to come… unfortunately, we forgot Nikie at home, so we had to work with the Cybershot and a 16 mo Memory Stick… not easy. I’ll download the pics soon.

It’s these crazy kids, munching up all our time!

My staff (or “How bourgeois are we?”):

  • A snow guy for our driveway
  • A student business to clean our windows
  • A lady to clean our house weekly
  • A clerk to assemble our online-ordered groceries
  • A babysitter, an accountant, a car wash business, a few restaurateurs,…

Thanks to all these people for simplifying my life.

Smile !

This is the best short film I’ve seen in a long time :
