2. Salad pitas
- Pita breads
- Salad mix (there are ready-made ones at the store)
- Sliced ham (the sandwhich stuff)
- Grated cheese (again, we like medium strong cheddar)
- Cucumber sliced in little cubes (optional)
- Salad dressing (we like ranch or creamy cucumber)
Take a couple of ham slices, and cut them in squares.
Drop the salad in a big bowl – you might want to re-cut it a bit if the chunks are too big.
Add the ham, the cheese, the cucumber and the dressing.
Slice the pitas in two, and stuff the pockets you get with the salad.
Voilà!
