I have found my dream girl. Her name is Dora, she’s an explorer.
I see her in the morning on the télé.
I see her in my colouring book.
I read her adventures in magazines.
I assemble her picture on the fridge puzzle.
I play with her figurines at bath time.
And I don’t care that she’s wearing a pink shirt with orange shorts… Her big brown eyes are all that matter.

I feel we have a lot in common, Ben! I will be fun to meet you.
Horray for Dora!!! She’s one of my favorites. However, I have recently discovered Kai-Lan, and she’s my new best friend in the whole world. Daddy says learning Chinese will probably be a wise career move for me, too. So, everyone is happy. But I will will always have a warm spot in my heart for Dora, who first taught me just how fun backpacks can be. “yum yum yum yum yum, deliciousioso!!”
